Level
60 Cap has finally arrived in Dragon Nest SEA. This Cap update brings a
lot of things to the game. Some good ones and some bad ones. The good
ones are the new ex skills dungeons and new items of course and some
example of the bad ones is the COLESSEUM EXPERIENCE AND RANK RESET. Once
you have log in to your account, if you are already an Imperator in the
level 50 cap, you will be an egg at level 60 cap. :D.
Well, let's not make that a big issue because like it or not, we can't
do anything about it. Let's just focus on the good stuff and one of them
is the level 60 skills. There are two skills available to each class at
level 60 cap in Dragon Nest SEA and both of them are Ex version which
only means that it is an improvement of your current 2nd job skills.
You might say that... "aw,, that's pretty boring". Well, that what's I
think at first but then I realize that it is better to get ex version
than active skills as it will surely be hard for players if there are
many active ones.
Anyway, let's end the talk about that matters and proceed to seeing my recommended level 60 skill build for Saint in Dragon Nest SEA [T4].
Anyway, let's end the talk about that matters and proceed to seeing my recommended level 60 skill build for Saint in Dragon Nest SEA [T4].
n this page, I will show you two
builds for a level 60 Saint. A PvP-oriented and a PvE-oriented Saint.
Well at first, I have planned to show just one build which is the
PvE-type (as I think this is the most efficient skill build for a Saint)
but due to a lot of players which keeps on sending me emails if I can
make a PvP build, well I decided to go share to you two build. So, let's
cut to the chase and into the level 60 skill builds for Saint.
IMPORTANT NOTE: IF YOU HAVE FOLLOWED MY LEVEL 50 SAINT BUILD AND WANT TO FOLLOW ALL THE SKILL ALLOCATION OF EITHER LEVEL 60 PVP OR PVE BUILD, THEN I AM SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU NEED TO RESET YOUR SKILL.
Healing Relic Ex- Healing Relic is enhanced to increase recovery area and give a buff that reduces damage for a certain period of time.
Cure Relic Ex- Cure Relic is enhanced. Immediately after execution, debuffs are removed and nearby enemies are pushed away with an attack. Effective area for the relic is increased as well.
Now, into the builds...

Oh! let me introduce first your two new ex skills as a Saint....

PvE-oriented Skill Build for a Level 60 Saint in Dragon Nest SEA [T4]
Cleric Skill Tree |
Priest Skill Tree |
Saint Skill Tree |
On the cleric tree, well, I think it is a no-brainer why we should max
those skills. Healing is a must max skill as you are the main healer of
the team and you need this skill to help your team mate survive. Now
about toughness.... For me, I think it is more viable to increase my
physical defense than taking active skills such as holy bolt or charge
bolt. Although charge bolt can do wonders at close range at high level,
on large mobs but still, I rarely use this skill especially now that I
have that Shock of Relic. All I do is proper placing of relics and then
BOOM!. On the Holy bolt part, well it's not that useful in PVE.
Seriously, would you get this skill which will only bind small mobs for a
second? You have a better skill than this called Bind relic. Stick with
that relic and don't bother getting this skill if you are going PVE.
Now let us proceed to the priest skill tree. I know, you might be
wondering why I level up high Chain Lightning than Lightning Bolt. Based
on experience playing with this class, Chain Lightning hits harder than
Lightning Bolt in PVE. Well, if you don't believe me, you can try it
yourself :D. The other skills that I have maxed is pretty obvious. All
the supportive skills like buffs and the relics should be at maximum
level. What you do in Nest Raids is help your team survive by healing
them in times when they need it. Don't focus too much on damaging as
that's the DPS role.
And lastly on the Saint skill tree, I have maxed all skills and of
course, I got the two new Ex versions in my build. The massive boost the
ex version gives the relic is really absurd! Take for example Cure
Relic. They say that when you get the ex version, you will have immunity
not only from poison or burn status, but from TIME STOP and FREEZE
STATUS EFFECT! WTFISH!. That's is pretty cool! And also, the Healing
Relic has now this damage reduction buff which makes it even better:
Healing + damage reduction? What more can you ask for. Totally, the ex
version is a God sent gift for Saint!
PvP-oriented Skill Build for a Level 60 Saint in Dragon Nest SEA [T4]
Cleric Skill Tree |
Priest Skill Tree |
Saint Skill Tree |
Now let me explain my skill distribution for the PvP build for Saint.
On the cleric skill tree, I have decided not to take Toughness as the
points intended for this skill will be use for Holy Bolt, increasing
Block and getting Dive Kick. Holy Bolt will be a great asset in PvP and
we all know why while increasing the times the Block skill can block
enemy attack will also be a great asset, especially when your skills are
on cooldown. You need to defend first and one way of defending is by
blocking. And lastly, we will take Dive Kick on our arsenal as it will
be a very good juggle resisting skill. When you hit the air and no you
can aerial evade and then use Dive Kick to position your landing.
Now on the Priest skill tree as you can see, Lightning Bolt is increased
to high than Chain Lightning. The Chain Lightning skill will only serve
as an assurance that you will electrocute the enemy to make Detonate
hit. Oh! and by the way, Chain Lightning doesn't do that much damage in
PvP so that is why I preferred leveling it to 1. In this build, I have
to sacrifice points on increasing Cure Relic to get Avenging Wave. In
PvP, we all know that their are lot of skills that can flinch us and one
way of avoiding being combo-ed, after being flinch, is to cast Avenging
Wave. So that is why I need to get this skill.
So why sacrifice Cure Relic? Is there any other skill that I can sacrifice than this skill?
I you are worried about the recast time. As you can notice at each
level, the recast time gets lower. However, you shouldn't worry that
much about this matter. Based on experience playing with my Saint in
ladder matches, level 1 Cure Relic is pretty sufficient for us.
How about Detonate?
Well, it is a good skill in PVP and in fact, it can deal decent damage.
However, you will be short of SP and you need to sacrifice some skill.
If you are that desperate of getting Detonate to max level, then you can
sacrifice your Protection Shell buff IMO. But if you don't want to
sacrifice that buff, then stick with level 1 Detonate. Anyway, it can
still deal good damage in PVP while it is level 1 and most of the time,
you will need this skill only to flinch the enemy in PVP.
And at the Saint skill tree, well it's pretty obvious why we need to max the skills and get the 3 ex versions of priest skills.
Option: You can just level 1 Holy Shield in PvP and put that one point
on Block. Anyway, we don't usually cast Holy Shield on PvP. The only
time we will cast this is against Barbarians.
So there you have it guys. Those are my PVP and PVE skill build for a level 60 Saint in Dragon Nest SEA [T4].
You can follow my skill distribution if you feel that you have the same
playing style with me or, you can use this guide to build your very own
skill build.
